The Emergency played Ashtray Rock in its entirety in PEI last Tuesday - first time in 13 years for some of those songs. Peter Elkas flew down from Toronto to join us on keys and harmonica and Mo Kenney played guitar, covering a lot of the electric 12 string parts.
Nothing too fancy, but here is an iPhone video shot from in front of the soundboard of three of my favorite songs : Snowed In, Cruisin’ for a Bruisin’ and Face of the Earth. Rebecca’s great drawings from the artwork were projected in the background.
